Record bowl and coasters

I decided to make these a while ago but didnt have any records, so i sent my OH to the bootsale where he picked up 4 LP`s for a £1.

I used boiling hot water to shape the bowl .

Firstly I put a knitting needle through the hole of the record , easier to handle, I then rested it on a pyrex dish and poured kettle fulls of boiling water over the record. The record then moulded itself to the bowl and came out this shape.

I then laminated the cover using a xyron creative station. Be a nice gift for xmas, and I was impressed how new looking the bowl came out

Hampers - waiting to be delivered

And finally heres a picture of why I not been on in a while....these are waiting to be delivered to family in Wales for christmas. There were 18 hampers,  6/7 sweet bouquets, a pamper hamper , a night in hamper, party in a box hamper, all the hampers contained mugs and snow man soups , tshirts- personalised pens. and various toiletries using voupons, I just wish I had more time to photograph them, but it was a rush to do them, time just run away with me....

Sweet Bouquets

I made these for some friends of mine and put in some old fashioned sweets like white mice, shrimps, foamy bananas, cola bottles, rosey apples . I packaged them separately before putting in bouquets. I madde 6 in total and heres a couple for you to see

If you look closely at the bottom of bouquet, you can just make out the 3D boxes I made using the Silhouette, I will try to get a photo of these on their own, but I was a bit pushed for time
